Climate Cancer

Most people recognize the threat of global warming. It's already changing weather patterns and that kind of volatility always causes social and economic stress. Evenually, every aspect of human existence will be altered by this development. There are clear options for governments and nations to help alleviate the problems. But one problem that is that the words "global" and "warming" are not negative terms. Either is "greenhouse". I'm basically riffing on what Seth Godin talked about this in his blog in a post about how the message doesn't scare people enough to do anything. Yet. But call it cancer and maybe we can get some wristband action going soon. The human species is about to face its biggest challenge in adaptability and rapid evolution. It would be prudent if we all started to recognize what we have to do to minimize the effects of what is now seeming imminent. Are we going to be boiled frogs?
